Account Manager

We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to work closely with our technical team in Europe and help with our expansion to the United States.

 

Position overview: 

  • Handle all communications with existing clients
  • Be in constant touch with our Project Manager in Europe
  • Get client requirements before every project
  • Get client feedback over the course of every project
  • Be the link between our clients and the technical team in Europe
  • Handle ongoing support requests
  • Open, assign and manage tickets

 

The perfect candidate:

  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Has experience in the web design/IT industry
  • Has Client Management experience
  • Is proactive and able to work without supervision
  • Is tech-savvy
  • Has GREAT attention to details
  • Listens, listens very carefully to what clients have to say
  • Has professional manners both over the phone/email and in person
  • Has a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree or enough experience that we can forget about its absence
  • Is located on the East Coast (we prefer this due to the time difference, our tech team is GMT+2)

Sales Representative

With current sales operations in the UK market and a technical team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we’re looking for US-based sales agents to help us expand into the United States.

 

The perfect candidate:

  • Is born with sales in their DNA
  • Has 3+ years of experience in commercial B2B
  • Is a great communicator and networker
  • Is a confident presenter and master negotiator
  • Has professional manners both over the phone/email and in person
  • Finds opportunities where the rest see only problems
  • Listens, listens very carefully to what clients have to say
  • Has experience in selling websites or related software products
  • Is a digital savvy and is curious about the latest developments in the UI/UX/IT sector
  • Has a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree or enough experience that we can forget about its absence

What we need you to do:

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Build your own client network within the sector you feel most comfortable with (or use your current network to make sales)
  • Answer phone and email enquiries and actively engage on behalf of CityTech
  • Sign contracts with clients on behalf of CityTech
  • Establish long term relationships with our clients, get feedback regularly and track progress
  • Renew, up-sell and cross-sale
  • Carefully gather all requirements before each project and give CityTech’s internal team as much information as possible
  • Work & communicate closely with our team during the client contract duration should the need arise
