Account Manager

CityTech ( is a European web design agency with a strong emphasis on technology, software and customer support. We specialize in building beautiful web designs that are modern, elegant, yet simple to use and follow. We build our websites using the latest technologies, making sure they’re not only good-looking, but also fast, secure, robust and easy to manage.

We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to work closely with our technical team in Europe and help with our expansion to the United States.


Position overview: 

  • Handle all communications with existing clients
  • Be in constant touch with our Project Manager in Europe
  • Get client requirements before every project
  • Get client feedback over the course of every project
  • Be the link between our clients and the technical team in Europe
  • Handle ongoing support requests
  • Open, assign and manage tickets


The perfect candidate:

  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Has experience in the web design/IT industry
  • Has Client Management experience
  • Is proactive and able to work without supervision
  • Is tech-savvy
  • Has GREAT attention to details
  • Listens, listens very carefully to what clients have to say
  • Has professional manners both over the phone/email and in person
  • Has a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree or enough experience that we can forget about its absence
  • Is located on the East Coast (we prefer this due to the time difference, our tech team is GMT+2)
